Where does the renovation cost data come from?
With 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction sector and many contractor quotes compared, we've built a system that can calculate something as complex as a renovation cost.
How accurate is the cost estimate?
Estimates draw on regional construction-cost benchmarks for Belgium and adjust for property type, year of construction, and renovation scope. They land within a margin of error of ±10% versus professional quotes for typical projects — close enough to plan, not a substitute for a contractor's bid.
Do you store my property data on your servers?
Calculations run on your device. Property details stay local unless you choose to email yourself a PDF report, in which case the report is sent through our mail server and not retained.
